  3. Ad text must not contain irrelevant keywords (tags) or third-party advertising;
  4. Contact information must match the data in the user's personal profile;
  5. The price in the text must match the price specified in the special price field;
  6. Ads must be posted strictly in accordance with the appropriate categories and subcategories;
  7. Images used in the ad must correspond to the ad text;
  8. Options to highlight ads for increased visibility are regulated on the paid services page.

Content Restrictions

  1. It is forbidden to publish ads that violate the laws of the Republic of Moldova;
  2. Ads regarding weapons, drugs, explosives, and other goods prohibited by law are strictly forbidden;
  3. Spam, test ads, and ads promoting third-party classified platforms are prohibited;
  4. Political, religious, or nationalist agitation and insults are strictly forbidden.

Liability and Consequences

The user, as the author of the ad, bears full responsibility to Sitro.ro and authorities for the information posted on the site.

  1. The user is responsible for ensuring content complies with advertising and consumer protection laws;
  2. The administration reserves the right to delete ads and block users for violating the terms of use;
  3. The administration is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use the website.

General Provisions

  2. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password;
  3. Lost passwords cannot be recovered as they are stored encrypted; only a new password can be generated;
